Getting healthy

It's long overdue. It is time for me to get back in shape and get healthy. I am doing Weight Watchers at home and trying to exercise, something I haven't done in years. I have lost 4 lbs. in the last 2 weeks! I can't believe how much I had lost sight of what real portions were suppose to be. I don't want my children to grow up with my issues. We are doing this together, eating healthier and watching our sizes.

Anyone else doing Weight Watchers? I am enjoying being in control again.
